Scorpion

  • 1 1/2 bottles (fifths) light Puerto Rican rum
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 1/2 bottle white wine
  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 6 ounces orgeat syrup (sweetened almond flavoring)
  • 2 sprigs mint plus extra mint for garnish
Combine rum, gin, brandy, wine, lemon juice, orange juice and syrup in large punch bowl. Bruise 2 sprigs of mint and add to mixture. Ladle over ice in short glasses and garnish each with a sprig of mint.

One of Willardís creations, this is the best rum punch ever, bar none!
