Scorpion
- 1 1/2 bottles (fifths) light Puerto Rican rum
- 2 ounces gin
- 2 ounces brandy
- 1/2 bottle white wine
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 6 ounces orgeat syrup (sweetened almond flavoring)
- 2 sprigs mint plus extra mint for garnish
Combine rum, gin, brandy, wine, lemon juice, orange juice and syrup in large punch bowl. Bruise 2 sprigs of mint and add to mixture. Ladle over ice in short glasses and garnish each with a sprig of mint.
